I can’t begin to imagine the pains
Presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi, has reacted to the sad news of the demise of David ‘Davido’ Adeleke and his fiancée Chioma Rowland’s son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.
It was reported earlier that Ifeanyi drowned in the swimming pool at Davido’s Banana Island mansion in Lagos.
In a bid to revive him, the three-year-old boy was reportedly rushed to a hospital in the Lekki area of the state, where he was confirmed dead by one of the doctors on duty.
The boy died three days after marking his 3rd birthday.
Sympathizing with the family, Obi wrote on Twitter, ”I send my sincere condolences to Davido and Chioma, over the death of their son Ifeanyi. I cannot begin to imagine the pains they are going through at the moment.
”May God grant them healing, strength and comfort in this trying time. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.”
