A 20-year-old man was detained by the Nasarawa State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) for raping and impregnating a 13-year-old girl.
DSC Jerry Victor, the command’s public relations officer, revealed the information when presenting the suspect at the corps’ state headquarters in Lafia on September 29, 2022.
He claimed that in Laying Kaji, Lafia Nasarawa State, “the command apprehended a 20-year-old, Haruna Mohammed for raping, defiling, and impregnating Sa’adatu Mohammed (Not real name) a 13-year-old.”
