Rapper Post Malone falls whilst performing live on stage (video)
Rapper Post Malone took a hard fall on stage and suffered a big blow to the face and ribs whilst performing at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis.
As the singer was performing his hit song ‘circles’, he failed to see a hole which was inconveniently located in the middle of the stage, and consequently fell over.
Medics rushed to the stage and brought the musician into their care, and after a 15-minute period, he returned to the stage and apologized to fans for the incident.
“St. Louis, I’m so f#cking sorry I ruined the show tonight, ladies and gentleman,” he said. “I promise next time I come around, I won’t f#cking wreck y’alls night, I’m sorry for that. That being said, I want to thank you for your patience and I’m sorry. There was a big-#ss hole in the middle of the stage that I just busted my #ss on.”
After the incident, Post Malone went on to perform his songs “Rockstar” and “Cooped Up.” He’s still scheduled to perform in Columbus, Ohio on Sunday, September 18, with additional dates on his Twelve Carat Tour slated for later this year.
On Sunday (September 18), Post Malone took to social media to update fans on his condition. In a short video, he thanked fans for their patience, and said that he’s feeling better after the fall.
“We just got back from the hospital, everything’s good—they gave me some pain meds and everything so we can keep kicking #ss on the tour,” he said. “I just want to apologize to everyone in St. Louis, and I want to say thank you guys so much for coming to the show. And next time I’m around this way, we’re gonna do a two-hour show for you to make up for the couple missed songs that we missed.”
